Fleet
We run fleet maintenance as an operations desk, not a call center. Every truck and trailer under our care has a file: every breakdown, every invoice, every part replaced, tied to the unit and the date. When a driver calls at 2 a.m., the person answering already knows what that unit went through last month. How a problem gets handled: the driver calls or messages one number. We confirm location and symptoms, find the closest shop that can actually take the unit, and arrange towing or roadside if it cannot move. Before work starts we review the estimate line by line and push back on what does not belong — that conversation with the shop is ours, not the driver's. We stay on the repair until the unit rolls, keep the carrier updated at each step, and log the outcome. Coverage is 24/7 in three shifts, so nights and weekends are staffed by our own people, not an answering service. We work in English, Russian and Uzbek. Beyond breakdowns, we schedule preventive maintenance so units come off the road on our terms instead of on the side of a highway, file warranty claims the carrier would otherwise eat, and send a monthly cost-per-unit report showing where the money actually went.
