Terms of Service

Last updated:

The rules for using HUNTME Marketplace, whether you are looking for a service or listing one. Please read them before you create an account or publish a listing.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the HUNTME Marketplace, the website at marketplace.huntmegroup.com and the related features we operate (the “Marketplace”). “HUNTME”, “we” and “us” mean the team that runs the Marketplace.

The Marketplace is a directory where carriers, owner-operators and other trucking businesses find logistics service providers (dispatching, compliance, maintenance, insurance, finance, software and similar), and where providers publish listings. By using the Marketplace you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. Eligibility and accounts

The Marketplace is intended for business use. You must be able to enter into a binding agreement where you live, and if you use it on behalf of a company you confirm you have the authority to bind that company.

You can browse listings and provider profiles without an account. An account is needed to message providers, reveal their contact details, save services, publish listings and buy credits. Sign-in is handled through a HUNTME account that may be shared with other HUNTME products, and we may ask you to confirm your email address.

You agree to:

  • give accurate information when you register and keep your profile and company details up to date;
  • keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account;
  • take responsibility for activity under your account, including purchases made with it.

To publish listings you complete a provider or seller set-up with details such as your company name, phone number, location, a short description and, where relevant, MC and DOT numbers. We may review what you submit, and your account may show a pending or approved status. Approval of a profile is an internal decision to let you use the Marketplace; it is not a check of your credentials (see the next section).

3. Our role, and no verification

HUNTME provides the platform on which buyers and providers find each other. We are not a party to any agreement, quote, purchase or service between a buyer and a provider. Any deal, price, scope, payment or dispute is solely between those two parties.

HUNTME does not currently verify providers or check MC/DOT authority. We do not confirm licences, insurance, operating authority, safety ratings, certifications, claims made in listings, reviews or results. Confirm credentials, scope and terms directly with the provider, and through official sources where relevant, before you rely on them or pay for anything.

Listings, search results and any AI-assisted features (such as Hunter AI search or comparisons) are provided for convenience. They can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and they are not legal, compliance, insurance, financial or business advice.

4. Listings and your content

Providers can publish listings that include a title, description, features, pricing information, location, photos, a preview video and contact details. You are responsible for everything you submit (“Your Content”) and promise that:

  • it is accurate, current and not misleading;
  • you own it or have the rights and permissions needed to post it, including permission to use any images, logos, names and trademarks in it;
  • you are entitled to offer the services you list and hold the licences, authority and insurance that your listing says you hold.

Listings are public and can be found through search engines. Phone, Telegram and email contact details on a listing are hidden until a signed-in user chooses “Reveal”, and we count views and contact reveals so providers can see how a listing is performing. A listing is active for a limited period, after which it expires; you can repost it. Where file uploads are supported, the app shows the accepted formats and size limits (for example for photos and a preview video), and files outside those limits are rejected.

We may review, reject, edit the presentation of, deactivate or remove any listing, and we may change how listings are displayed and ranked.

5. Prohibited conduct and content

You must not use the Marketplace to:

  • post anything unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or misleading, including claiming authority, licences, insurance or credentials you do not have, or impersonating another person or company;
  • post content that infringes someone else’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights, or that is defamatory, abusive, hateful or sexually explicit;
  • send spam, unsolicited bulk messages or advertising to other users, or use contact details you reveal for anything other than legitimate business communication about the listing;
  • collect or scrape listings, contact details or user data in bulk, or work around the “Reveal” step, rate limits or other technical protections;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Marketplace, probe or test its security without our written permission, or upload malware;
  • manipulate views, contact reveals, saves or credits, or evade payment for publishing a listing;
  • list goods or services that are not logistics-related or that we reasonably decide do not belong on the Marketplace.

You can report a listing or user to us (see Contact below). We may act on reports at our discretion, but we are not obliged to monitor Your Content or other users’ content.

6. Licence to Your Content

You keep ownership of Your Content. You give HUNTME a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, resize, reformat, display, distribute and promote Your Content in connection with operating, improving and marketing the Marketplace.

This includes showing it on the Marketplace and in search results, and publishing a summary of your listing (such as its title, key features, pricing information, a link and, where included, photos) in HUNTME’s public Telegram channel and other HUNTME channels when your listing is published. When you delete a listing we take it off the Marketplace and the channel post; copies, quotes, forwards or cached versions already made by others or by third-party platforms may remain outside our control.

The licence continues for as long as your listing is live and for a reasonable period afterwards while we complete removal from our systems and backups.

7. Credits, payments and publishing

Browsing and searching are free. Providers pay to publish listings, either by buying credits or by paying for a listing directly. How credits work, what each package costs and how many credits publishing a listing needs are shown on the Listing pricing page and at checkout, and we may change them going forward.

  • Credits are spent inside the Marketplace to activate (publish) or repost listings. Per the Listing pricing page, credits are not subscription fees and stay in your wallet until you use them.
  • Payments are taken on checkout pages run by third-party payment providers (for example Stripe or Click). We do not see or store your full card details. Their terms apply to the payment itself.
  • Credits are added after the payment provider confirms the payment. If your payment succeeds but your credits or listing do not appear, contact us and include your invoice details.
  • If you delete an active listing, any remaining active time is forfeited and the credits spent on it are not refunded. If you only want to take a listing down for now, you can let it expire and repost it later.
  • Other refund or billing questions are handled in line with the pricing and checkout information shown when you bought, and with consumer law that applies to you.

Prices are shown at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes or fees your payment method adds, unless the checkout says otherwise.

8. Messages and notifications

Signed-in users can message each other in the Marketplace and receive notifications about messages and their listings. Keep conversations lawful and professional, and do not share sensitive data such as passwords or full payment card numbers in messages. What you agree with another user outside the Marketplace is between you and that user.

9. Third-party services and links

The Marketplace links to and relies on third parties, for example provider websites, Telegram, and payment providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Providers are independent businesses, and a listing is not an endorsement or recommendation by HUNTME.

10. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Marketplace at any time and ask us to close your account (see Contact below).

We may suspend or end your access, remove listings or content, or limit features if we reasonably believe you broke these Terms, put other users or the Marketplace at risk, or if we are required to by law, or if we stop offering the Marketplace. When an account is closed, its listings may be taken down. Sections that by their nature should continue (for example ownership, licences already granted, disclaimers and liability) keep applying.

11. Disclaimers

The Marketplace is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that listings are accurate, complete or lawful, that any provider will perform, or that you will get any particular result, lead, sale or saving from using it.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HUNTME and the people who work with us are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Marketplace, from dealings between buyers and providers, or from content posted by users. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the Marketplace changes. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will take reasonable steps to let you know. If you keep using the Marketplace after an update takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
