Factors & more • Experience with TMS platforms: DataTruck, QuickManage, ProTransport, ITS • Resolve payment holds, denials, and delays • File bond claims and manage collections for unpaid brokers • Dispute short pays, chargebacks, and deductions Accounts Payable (AP) 🧾 • Manage payments for drivers, owner-operators, and contractors • Process fuel, toll, and vendor reports weekly • Track credits, reimbursements, and recurring deductions Audit & Recovery 🔍 • Identify missed or unbilled loads • Recover unpaid reimbursements and services • Track outstanding balances and AR exposure • Monitor factoring reserves and discrepancies • Assist with 1099 and tax documentation Risk Management ⚠️ • Evaluate broker risk before and during operations • Monitor exposure to reduce financial losses
